Effective October 11, 2026

PercyMD is a product of Percentric Technologies, LLC, which operates it and is responsible for these terms.

These terms govern use of the PercyMD secure messaging platform by healthcare organizations. A Business Associate Agreement and any separate order form or agreement also apply.

Service

PercyMD provides HIPAA-aware text messaging for medical practices, including secure message delivery, opt-in and opt-out handling, and related tools.

HIPAA and business associate obligations

For customers that are HIPAA covered entities, PercyMD operates as a business associate under an executed BAA. Customers are responsible for their own compliance obligations, including obtaining any required patient authorizations.

Acceptable use and compliance

Customers must obtain proper consent before messaging patients, honor opt-out requests, and comply with TCPA, HIPAA, CTIA, and carrier requirements. Messaging must not include content prohibited by law or carriers.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of recipient information, the clinical and administrative content of their messages, maintaining consent and authorization records, and safeguarding their own systems and credentials.

Carriers and third parties

Message delivery depends on carriers and infrastructure providers governed by their own rules and availability. PercyMD does not guarantee delivery, timing, or freedom from carrier filtering.

No guaranteed outcome

PercyMD provides messaging infrastructure and does not guarantee any clinical, operational, or engagement result.

Text messages

PercyMD texts people who opt in, from the numbers on Text PercyMD. We send replies to your questions, demo and meeting scheduling, account and support updates, and promotional texts about PercyMD products and events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Texting is optional. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
