We provide end-to-end HIPAA compliance: encrypted messaging, secure data storage, access controls, audit logs, and automatic opt-out handling. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every practice and maintain compliance through ongoing monitoring and updates.

Do you provide a Business Associate Agreement?

Yes. Every practice receives a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as part of onboarding. This legally binds us to HIPAA regulations and ensures your practice is protected when using our platform for patient communications.

Can I send Protected Health Information (PHI) via SMS?

We recommend keeping PHI out of SMS messages. Use our platform for appointment reminders, general health tips, and prescription ready notifications. For sensitive information, direct patients to your secure patient portal or schedule a call.

What’s the total cost to get started?

$179 total to get started. This includes HIPAA setup, Business Associate Agreement, staff training, and your first month of service. After that, monthly plans start at $79/month. No contracts, no hidden fees.

Can I change plans as my practice grows?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time after your first month. Many practices start with a smaller plan and scale up as they see results. We’ll help you choose the right plan for your patient volume.

Are there long-term contracts?

No contracts. After onboarding, all plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No cancellation fees, no penalties. We earn your business every month.
